Best seats at Greenbrier Classic

By July 1, 2015Caddie Advice

Golf is unlike other sporting events. You have the opportunity to move around, and you have options. For an improved experience, its important you find the best seats!!

Do you want to follow one player all around the course? Remember, the average golf course is about a 5 mile walk.

How about bringing a chair and setting up for a full day at one particular spot? This will allow you to enjoy some frosty beverages and not fight the large crowds following certain groups.

(If you have ever followed Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, or Jordan Speith for a day, you know what we are talking about here.)

But where should you sit?

After Chambers Bay, and the struggles we saw fans dealing with, we are giving our insights into the best seats to watch the action.

This week, we asked Jon Yarbrough (Caddie for Scott Stallings) and Duane Bock (Caddie for Kevin Kisner), where they believe the best spectator location will be this week at the Greenbrier Classic. Seems the answer was pretty easy.

What can you see from the best seats at Greenbrier?

How about an Eagle on the Par 5 17th…

How about a “Hole in 1” on the Par 3 18th…

Nervous pros teeing it off on #1… (toughest shot in golf is the first one of the day)

Birdies being made at #11…
