Since 2007, The Tour Championship has been the final tournament of the 4 event FedEx Cup Playoffs. As of 2013, this event has also been the final event of the PGA Tour season. The Top 5 heading into this weekend at East Lake Country Club are guaranteed the FedEx Cup Championship with a win, along with the $10,000,000 purse.
